Clinic Operations Manager -Brand New Clinic

Silver Search Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager/Practice Manager to take ownership of the establishment and ongoing operations of an exciting new multidisciplinary allied health practice.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how the clinic operates, building the team and systems, and creating a warm, highly professional environment for both patients and clinicians.

The Role

Reporting to the founders, you will take responsibility for the operational establishment and leadership of the clinic, including:

• Establishing and implementing the clinic's operational systems, processes and workflows
• Building and documenting policies, procedures and governance frameworks
• Overseeing the clinic's practice management software and technology systems
• Managing clinician and patient onboarding and providing operational support
• Recruiting, onboarding and developing reception and administrative teams
• Leading employed team members and establishing clear performance expectations and accountability
• Acting as the primary operational liaison for independent contractor clinicians
• Supporting a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment across clinicians and disciplines
• Ensuring appropriate contractor agreements, compliance and operational processes are in place
• Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring the practice runs smoothly
• Supporting financial and commercial operations with a strong focus on sustainable growth
• Ensuring clinical governance, confidentiality, data security and workplace health and safety requirements are embedded into operations
• Protecting the clinic's brand, reputation and standards across every patient and clinician touchpoint
• Creating a calm, welcoming and professional front-of-house experience

About You

You will be an experienced Practice Manager, Clinic Manager or Operations Manager with a strong understanding of building and leading high-performing healthcare environments.

You will bring:

• Experience managing the operations of a medical, allied health or multidisciplinary practice
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience establishing systems, processes and policies
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance and risk
• Confidence working with clinicians and independent contractors
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of financial and operational performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategic planning and day-to-day execution
• A genuine commitment to exceptional patient and clinician experience
