Personal Assistant - Solo Surgeon

Silver Search is recruiting for a solo Specialist Surgeon based in Bella Vista who needs a right-hand person to run his practice.

We are looking for an experienced medical administrator who is ready to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations. If you are an aspiring Practice Manager, this is your chance to run a solo practice end-to-end.

The Role
You’ll be managing the entire workflow for the Surgeon. It’s a busy role that requires someone who can work independently and keep the practice moving.

• Surgical Bookings: Managing complex theatre lists and hospital paperwork.
• Billing: Handling Medicare, Health Funds, and WorkCover payments.
• Patient Contact: Being the main point of contact for patients and guiding them through their surgery.
• Practice Upkeep: Ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and stay on top of all admin and correspondence.

About You  You likely have a background in a surgical or specialist environment and don't need a lot of direction to get the job done.

• Experience: You’ve worked in medical admin and understand how a surgical practice functions.
• Software: You’re comfortable using Genie, or similar medical software.
• Mindset: You take initiative. You’re looking for a role where you have the autonomy to manage things your way.
