Medical Secretary/PM - Pain Specialist

Silver Search is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for an immediate start with a busy specialist Pain Management practice. This is a temporary role to cover staff on annual leave, with the potential for further opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Front desk reception and patient enquiries
  • Appointment scheduling and diary management
  • Processing referrals and patient records
  • Billing and payments
  • Liaising with patients, doctors, and allied health professionals
  • Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
About You:
  • Previous experience in medical reception, ideally within a specialist practice
  • Experience using Gentu practice management software is essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional presentation and a friendly manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available to commence immediately
