Clinic Manager - Surgical Practice

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager who brings both operational expertise and a strong commercial mindset.

The Role
Reporting directly to the practice owner, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the suites while playing a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening the practice’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across a busy specialist practice
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated administrative team
• Coordinate theatre lists and ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow
• Manage outsourced marketing providers and contribute to brand growth initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring GPs and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to grow the practice, including attracting additional specialists
• Ensure compliance, efficiency, and best practice standards across all functions
• Work with Best Practice software and optimise systems and processes

About You

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager within a specialist or medical environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Commercially minded with a proactive, growth-focused approach
• Confident liaising with doctors, stakeholders, and external partners
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience with Best Practice software is highly regarded
