VIP Client Experience Coordinator / Premium Patient Liaison
Full Time | Remote | Training Provided

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a unique opportunity supporting a premium health and wellness service with a strong focus on VIP client experience.

This is not a traditional reception or administrative role. We are seeking someone who naturally creates trust, builds relationships and delivers a highly personalised experience. The ideal candidate will become a preferred point of contact for VIP clients, guiding them through their onboarding journey and ensuring they feel supported, valued and genuinely cared for throughout their experience.

Our client is continuing to evolve and strengthen its VIP offering. Clients invest significantly in their health and expect a service level that feels seamless, attentive and premium.

About the role

This role will involve regular interaction with high-value clients and patients, including online face-to-face interactions, onboarding support and ongoing relationship management.
You will not simply follow a script or process. We are looking for someone with strong judgement and initiative and someone who can read a room, understand people and create an experience that feels thoughtful and highly personalised.

Experience we're looking for
  • Significant patient or client support experience
  • Experience interacting with premium, VIP or high-touch clientele
  • High-end hospitality, concierge, airline lounge, executive support, patient liaison or luxury service experience highly regarded
  • Understanding or exposure to the medical or health sector highly regarded
  • Strong confidence in online communication and virtual interactions
As this is a fully remote role, candidates must also be extremely comfortable operating within an online environment.

You should already have strong confidence navigating multiple systems simultaneously and be highly comfortable using laptops and Microsoft-based environments. Existing fluency with technology is essential, training will be provided on systems and processes.

This is a role for someone who genuinely thinks about people, notices the details and understands that exceptional service is often about anticipation rather than procedure.
