psychologists. They provide a range of services including medico
legal and corporate health services.
An opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven
Practice Manager to lead the team in this thriving practice.
The key focus of the role is on the management of the customer
service/reception services and other factors relating to workflow
and service provision.
Supporting the General Manager of the practice your key
responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and supporting nursing, customer service and
administration services
Management of workflow and mentoring of staff
Reviewing existing policies and procedures and implementing and
ongoing evaluation of changes
Providing ongoing planning, co-ordination, monitoring and
evaluation of all aspects relating to the practice
Ensuring the delivery and standard of the organisation's
processes and procedures are maintained at a high standard and
accommodate the future growth of the practice
Nurturing and developing strong relationships with healthcare
professionals within the medical field
Create a positive culture
Essential Criteria:
Previous supervisory experience in a Customer Service role,
including leadership and team building essential
Confident user of MS Office Packages
Knowledge of relevant legislation (employment, privacy, OHS
& Workers Compensation)
Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team
Proactive approach to decision making and problem solving
High level of communication skills written and verbal
Previous experience managing staff
HR or Business Administration studies will be an advantage
