Our client, a team of leading Cardiologists have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join their vibrant and friendly environment.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be supporting a team of doctors and your key responsibilities will be:
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting and greeting of patients and providing a first class service
  • Booking appointments and procedures for a team of doctors
  • Management of all patient data, correspondence
  • Invoicing and receipting of consultations
  • Ordering of office supplies
To be successful you will have the following skills/attributes:
  • Prior Medical reception experience
  • Knowledge of Genie advantageous
  • Medical terminology and typing preferred
  • Experience in Windows (Microsoft Word & Outlook)
  • High level organisational skills
  • High level customer service skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • An excellent phone manner
  • Commitment to patient care
