Our client is a national supplier for the hospitality industry and foodservice services in Australia.

Due to significant growth and a focus on maintenance services, there is a very exciting opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

Daily responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving customer calls and allocating it to the service technicians.
  • Preparation and sending service quotes to the clients and follow up.
  • Coordinating with Service Technicians in ordering spare parts from the supplier.
  • Effective call management throughout the call life cycle with system update.
  • Validating technician claims and push to billing.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
  • Experience in a similar role - (Food Service Industry)
  • Experience in full facilitation of service works including taking calls, organising subcontractors, follow up of completed works and billing.
  • Product and parts knowledge on refrigeration & foodservice equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communications skills - written / verbal / telephony
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)-experience in MYOB is preferred but not essential.
  • Team player - flexible to assist in busy periods or month end
