Our client, one of the largest specialists groups is currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for one of their busiest practices. Offering the most comprehensive diagnostic imaging services and personalised care to their patients, they are prominent leaders in their field.

Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be required to service both the front desk, call centr and administration area. Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
  • Acting as first point of contact to patients
  • Managing a large volume of telephone enquirers
  • Booking procedures for patients
  • Assisting Technical Staff as required with patient care
  • Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
  • Typing and general administration
  • Assisting the Practice Manager with adhoc projects
The successful candidate will enjoy being part of a large team and working in a very fast paced environment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, and a can-do proactive attitude. You will also be required to demonstrate compassion, empathy and effective interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in radiology or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
