Due to business growth and an exciting opportunity has become available for a Inbound Customer Service/Administrator with superior customer service skills to join their team for on a contract basis.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling inbound enquiries from a wide range of external and internal customers
  • Following up on requests
  • Booking appointments with the sales team
  • Responding to all inbound requests
  • Accurate data entry into Sales Force
The successful candidate will have experience in similar customer service, administration role. You will have excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills, coupled with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. You will have initiative and a proactive approach.
