A truly rare opportunity has become available for a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to work alongside the team, overseeing front desk duties, administration functions while effectively managing the day to day operations for a team of medical doctors.

The main objective of the role is to provide high quality reception and administrative services to the patients, doctors and staff at the practice.

• Handling telephone enquiries & general administrative duties
• Coordinating appointment bookings
• Liaising with doctors, physiotherapists and nursing staff
• Data entry of patient information
• Working closely with case managers
• Coordination of medico legal documentation
• Taking payments and patient invoicing

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:-

• Must have similar experience in a medical setting
• Efficient management of patient data
• You are passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service
• A high standard of personal integrity
• An ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient and practice matters.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
• Experience using E-Claims and Medical Director will be an advantage.
