Our client is a well established Surgical practice located in Randwick.

A rare opportunity has become available for a committed Medical Receptionist/Adminstrator to work closely with the administration team and be responsible for offering high quality medical administration services their patients.

Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Managing patient payments, invoicing, inpatient hospital billings
  • PA support to the Surgeons
  • Running patient clinics and theatre bookings
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
  • Daily banking and reconciliations
  • Surgery quotations and follow ups
  • Ordering medical supplies
The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a medical setting and have the following attributes:
  • Superior communication skills and professional approach
  • Proactive self-starter able to work autonomously
  • Organised and able to multi task
  • Demonstrates high standards with the desire to continuously improve
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Health Fund billing
