Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join an established private clinic set in a tranquil and convenient location.

You will deliver innovative administration services and oversee all aspects of the day to day running of a busy department.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Day-to-day management of the practice
  • Greeting of patients and booking appointments
  • Invoicing and receipting patients
  • Processing Medicare claims
  • Managing monthly meetings
  • Banking procedure
  • Managing appointment diary
  • Supporting a team of professionals
  • Typing of medical reports

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a medical setting. You will be focused on patient care, have superior written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organisational skills. You will have a professional manner, be able to multi task and have a keen eye for detail.
