Our client is a reputable specialist in total apparel management. Offering in-house design, garment branding for corporate clothing, business attire and work wear.

Currently they have an exciting opportunity for experienced Administration Coordinator to join their team.

Working closely with the National Sales Manager and Warehouse staff your responsibilities will include:
  • Tracking jobs in the system to client turnaround times
  • Tracking backorders of goods
  • Handling sales queries over the phone and via email
  • Order processing
  • Liaising with the warehouse and monitoring sales contracts
  • Preparing production plans
  • Preparing artwork for approvals
  • Assist in producing tender documents
  • Preparing invoices for clients
  • Assisting with sales quotes
  • Relief reception
To be successful for this position you will have experience in a similar sales administration/customer service position. You will have excellent communication skills and go the extra mile with customers. You will be organised with a high attention to detail and able to work in a demanding environment. You will have strong MS Office skills. Experience working in the textiles/homeware or apparel industry will be an advantage.
