Our client, is a well-established and thriving practice led by a team of prominent Specialists. They offer specialised equipment and services to their patients. The practice is committed to providing exceptional service to their patients.

A unique opportunity has become available for a driven Practice Manager to assist the Practice with Administration duties.

You will be required to provide high level overall day to day management, leadership and operational expertise to the practice.
  • Supporting the Principles of the practice, and a small team, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Oversight of staff including monitoring, training and performance management
  • Reviewing existing policies and procedures and implementing and ongoing evaluation of changes
  • Overview of billing and debt recovery
  • Providing ongoing planning, co-ordination, monitoring and evaluation of all aspects relating to the practice
  • Ensuring the delivery and standard of the organisation's processes and procedures are maintained at a high standard and accommodate the future growth of the practice
  • Nurturing and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals within the medical field
  • Creating a positive and patient orientated culture
  • Payroll in Xero

Essential Criteria:
  • Previous experience working in a medical setting managing the operations of a busy and established practice and ensuring high quality patient experience
  • Strong knowledge and a confident user of medical practice software (Genie will be an advantage)
  • Proven experience of people management
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to get the job done in a role providing challenges and diversity
