Our client is a well-established healthcare provider. A rare opportunity has become available for a Personal Assistant to provide high level administration and executive support to the Managing Director and the broader team.

This is a fast paced role that will see you involved in all facets of the business, office management, HR, marketing and Executive Assistance.

Your key responsibilities will include
  • Managing day to day activities of the Managing Director
  • Managing daily activities & general workflow of the company
  • Taking minutes at board meetings
  • Handling building maintenance requests
  • Assisting with general office needs including sourcing of suppliers
  • Planning & scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing & editing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Managing IT and purchasing requirements
  • Reconciling and monitoring staff expenses
  • WH&S co-ordination
  • Event Coordination and any other staff functions
  • Responsibility for accounts and budgets
  • Involvement in decision making process
  • Provide project, research and operational support
To be successful in this position you will have previous experience as an Office Manager or supporting a Senior Executive and taking leadership of a small office. You will have excellent attention to detail, well developed organisational and time management skills. You will be able to operate autonomously, make decisions and take ownership of the many facets of the role. You will demonstrate sound judgement and deliver a professional service.
